Meet the BB Marketer Team
Updated: 6 days ago
At BB Marketer, I work with a small group of AI specialists, each with a primary role:

Richard Marketing Director | Chad Project Manager & Copywriter | Gemma Marketing Generalist | Julia
Data Scientist
| MJ Digital Artist | Leo Video Production Expert |
Sets direction, provides business context, evaluates the work and, when necessary, rolls up sleeves and provides backup of primary work. | Keeps projects moving, helps turn strategy into messaging and develops campaign copy. | Works across market research, audience development, positioning and campaign strategy. | Looks for the patterns, relationships and opportunities hiding inside the data. | Develops campaign imagery and visual concepts that turn strategy into something people can see. | Brings those ideas to life through motion and video. |
These aren't five AI applications I use independently. We work as a team. Ideas move between us. Research informs strategy. Strategy shapes copy and visuals. Analytics can change our direction. An image can make us rethink the words. And throughout the process, I work directly with each member of the team and bring those contributions together.
Competence gets us to the table. Synergy makes the team more powerful than the individual parts.

How We Work
At BB Marketer, every engagement starts with your business—not with AI. I bring the challenge to the team and provide the business context, direction and judgment. Then we work together.
Gemma and Julia establish the market posture and data-backed angles first; Chad and MJ translate those findings into messaging frameworks and visual assets simultaneously, while I ensure technical rigor throughout.
Sometimes the fastest route to a better result is another AI interaction. Sometimes it's opening Photoshop, Camtasia or another familiar tool and finishing the job. We use whatever combination gets us to the best result, sooner.

Where We Shine
BB Marketer is particularly well suited to businesses with complex products or services, ambitious goals and limited specialized marketing resources.
You may not have a strategist, researcher, data scientist, copywriter, digital artist and video producer available when an important opportunity appears. We do.
You bring us the challenge. We bring the team.
Give Us Three Days
Imagine a 75-person engineering-software company called Centris Engineering. Centris has spent years developing sophisticated tools for modeling, simulation, controls and validation. Much of its success has come from the automotive industry.
Now management sees an opportunity in a very different—but technically related—market: electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, or eVTOL. The technology may fit. The market opportunity looks interesting. But Centris has no established position in eVTOL and limited internal resources to investigate the opportunity and build a campaign around it.
So, they bring the challenge to BB Marketer and I say, "Give us three days."
Day 1 — Understand and Focus
Gemma investigates the market, customers and competitive landscape. Julia examines the data for patterns and targeting opportunities. I provide the business and technical context, challenge assumptions and work with the team to turn what we're learning into a focused strategy.
One idea rises to the top:
THE AIRCRAFT DOESN'T CARE
Thermal. Electrical. Mechanical. Controls. The aircraft calls that one system.
It's more than a headline. It's the organizing idea for the campaign.
Day 2 — Build It
Now the team turns the strategy into marketing. Chad develops the landing page, email sequence and social copy. MJ develops the campaign imagery. Gemma continues contributing market and customer perspective as the work evolves. I review, direct and bring the pieces together.
By the end of the day, Centris has the foundation of an integrated campaign.
Day 3 — Bring It to Life
Leo takes the approved imagery and adds motion. Gemma develops a more cinematic interpretation of the campaign concept. Chad helps structure the story. I bring the elements together in Camtasia and finish the production.
Three days after Centris brought us the challenge, we have something much more tangible than an interesting market opportunity.
We have a campaign.
And rather than tell you what that means, let's show you.

What Could We Build for You?
Three days ago, Centris Engineering had a hypothetical opportunity in eVTOL. Now it has a strategy, a campaign idea, a landing page, email and social campaigns, a Sales Toolkit and videos—all built around one coherent story.
That's what the BB Marketer team is designed to do.
We learn and grow from every project, individually and as a team. We share context, build on one another's work and use the combination of multiple AI platforms, marketing experience and familiar tools that gets us to the best result.
We're ready—and eager—to put these skills to work for you.
What could we build together?
